Provider Experience Manager
This position may be located at any Anthem office.
The Provider Experience Manager is responsible for developing, executing and delivering all elements of operational readiness for Provider Experience strategic initiatives. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Leads the standardization of operational readiness plans for provider experience initiatives and mentors team members on best practices. Facilitates/coordinates the development and delivery of required training to support the needs of the project team and operational/production users. Facilitates development and delivery of job aids for production operational users. Responsible for pre and post implementation claims audits with the Inline Quality and Performance team. Identifies and facilitates changes to provider experience processes to incorporate lessons learned from pre and post implementation claims audits. Responsible for ensuring Provider Experience processes are fully integrated with up and down stream partners. Provides subject matter expertise support for projects and SSCR delivery including requirements contribution, review and approval, solution review and approval, test case review and approval, test result review and approval and production implementation validation. Leads and defines standards for provider experience business applications. Identifies, leads and/or participates in targeted continuous improvement activities as defined by management.
Requires a BA/BS degree in Business or related field.
5 years within a healthcare organization supporting operations, provider or claims including experience with delivery of business systems and/or process improvement.
5 years of enterprise level project management experience.
5 years of experience developing communication for senior level leadership.
5 years of advanced data analytics using MS Excel and other tools.
5 years of business disciplines within provider experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
