Provide sales and technical assistance to Service Tools distributors and end users.
Provide support internal and external sales personnel.
Maintain all aspects of Service Tools price lists.
Point person for internal product, pricing, sales inquiries, etc.
Track sales data on monthly basis for management and field sales use.
Track commissions and rebates for Service Tools business unit.
Assist management of online activities.
Support and participate in local trade show or counter day activities.
Assist with product marketing functions, including updating competitive information, assisting with company website management tool, and maintaining distributor databases.
Provide backup assistance to Service Tools customer service representatives and sales team
Additional responsibilities as required
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration with concentration in technical area. Recent graduates need to provide a copy of their transcript as part of the interview and screening process.
Minimum of 1 year experience of inside sales or marketing experience.
Technical aptitude.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with good time management skills.
Good computer skills in MS Office specifically Excel.
Requires 10% domestic travel.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
