BROAD FUNCTION:
Assist in technical support of the RF and OES/Quantus product portfolio, carry out installs of sensors at customer sites, develop applications using RF and OES products at semiconductor fabs, test software and hardware for reliability and usability and carry out competitive analysis of products/software.
Responsibilities:
Perform software and hardware testing support for STC products.
Provide technical support to both internal and external customers on gas analysis products.
Assist in the production of operating/service manuals and other technical support documentation. Provide updated material for accurate application and service training.
Perform Applications Troubleshooting and follow-up reports with customers
Installation and Customer Training Support
Perform Sales and Applications Training
Carry out side by side analysis on Competing products from various manufacturers.
This position will help support the RF and OES/Quantus product lines with all aspects of Sensor applications and recommendations. Both in the field and in the internal applications lab.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Physics or Chemistry with some experience in customer support. Ideally, this person should be dynamic, enthusiastic and willing to take on many new and exciting tasks within the group. It would be great if this candidate has experience in the Semiconductor industry and is familiar with RF Power delivery to process chambers in Semiconductor Manufacturing.

REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics or Chemistry.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
Must be able to interact interdepartmentally in a professional manner.
Ability to listen carefully, respond intelligently and follow-up appropriately.
Experience in RF Power Delivery and/or Optical Emission Spectroscopy.
Minimum of 3-4 years of Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing, Applications, Technical Support or Related Fields
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Experience in the Semiconductor Industry
Masters of Science in Engineering, Physics or Chemistry
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
