Construction Project Supervisor

Providing business services to over 600 locations with a new practice opening every week on average, we are a dynamic, fast-growing company, searching for a motivated Project Supervisor to oversee new office construction projects.
Responsibilities
Based in East Syracuse, NY and reporting to the Managing Director, Construction & Facilities and the Director of Construction, this position requires the ability to manage outside vendors, coordinate and administer construction documents, oversee construction projects by completing regular site visits, and set up of new dental offices.
Minimum Education and Experience
Advanced degree in Construction Management or related discipline, BS preferred
0-5 yrs. progressive experience in the construction field
Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and ability to satisfy deadlines
Computer proficiency, Auto Cad a plus but not necessary
Ability to handle multiple projects & tasks concurrently
Flexibility for frequent overnight travel required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
